Lean and Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Description Analyze end-to-end logistics processes, including order and parcel management , transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Utilize process mapping techniques and tools to document current processes and identify opportunities for optimization and standardization. Act as key driver for improvement initiatives, lead and facilitate improvement project, such as Kaizen, Six Sigma or Lean projects, to drive operational excellence and productivity gains. Collaborate and implement process changes. Collect and analyze data and utilize statistical analysis techniques and tools to draw meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions. Develop and implement quality management systems and standards to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
