**Job Description Summary**
The Lean Continuous Improvement Specialist, is responsible for coaching leaders and teams to apply the FLIGHT DECK - GE Aerospace's lean operating model to deliver measurable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. This role partners with the leadership team to deploy the 8 FLIGHT DECK Fundamentals (Standard Work, Daily & Visual Management, Value Stream Management, Operating Cadences, Action Planning, Problem Solving, 5S, and Flow/Pull) while role-modeling our GE Aerospace Behaviors of Respect for People, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Driven, building leadership capability, and enabling Hoshin Kanri execution to turn strategy into SQDC results. This role needs to work among all levels of the business and with any employee, driving engagement and competency of FLIGHT DECK.
