General Information :
To develop a culture of Schaeffler Production System/Lean Manufactring in Segment & Functions.
Ensure that employees are acting as self responsible for SPS/Lean Improvements.
Defining Lean Manufacturing Vision & Strategy at the Talegaon Plant II at Segment & Functional level.
Making Schaeffler talegaon Pune Plant II as a best Lean enterprise.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Act as a consultant & Coordinator to create SPS/LEAN vision at Segment and Area level.
Enabling employees to act as self responsible SPS/LEAN leader to identify the waste and implementation of SPS/LEAN methodologies.
Eliminate or Reduce waste & Defect by using SPS/LEAN Method & tools and methods to satisfy internal and external customer.
Expertise in Handling of SPS/LEAN Methods & tools like VSM, SMED, TPM, Flow Production, Internal Logistics , Hoshin Kanri, Standard work practice, 5S So on.
Aligning SPS/LEAN Projects & Workshops as per the Regional, Plant Road Map and working with internal & external team to achieve the target state.
Ensuring Implementation and Sustainability of all SPS/LEAN improvements through Lean Review process.
Your Qualification:
More than 5+ years experience in Lean manufacturing and manufacturing areas.
Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical /Automobile.
Expertise in SPS/LEAN methods and tools.
Conduting training & Workshops in the Gemba like Value Stream Mapping , TPM , SMED, Swim lane, Flow production, Shop Floor and Office Floor Management, LEAN Coaching, Problem Solving, Internal and external Logistics, Standardized Work.
Expertise in Lean Review/Audit methodologies.
