The Lean Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency, productivity, and quality of manufacturing processes within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing Lean Six Sigma system (LSS) to support, strategies to optimize operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to best practices in manufacturing. This role is a fundamental position within the Operational Excellence (LEAN) transformation. Demonstrates analytical smarts & creative thinking when creating plans & solving problems. Establishes & implements effective strategies & measures effectiveness. Works towards Fi’s long-term success as well as for own business/function’s short-term success.
