What you’ll achieve

Reporting to the Operational Excellence & Lean Manufacturing Manager, you will deploy Lean principles across the organization. Your mission is to drive performance and cost savings through continuous improvement:

  • Champion Continuous Improvement: You will lead high-impact projects applying methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and TPM . You don't just know the theory; you make it work on the floor.
