What you'll achieve

Reporting to the Operational Excellence & Lean Manufacturing Manager, you will deploy Lean principles across the organization. Your mission is to drive performance and cost savings through continuous improvement :

  • Champion Continuous Improvement : You will lead high-impact projects applying methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and TPM. You don't just know the theory; you make it work on the floor.
  • Hunt for Efficiency : You will use data analysis to identify opportunities and detect waste in our production processes. You turn numbers into actionable improvements (Create wow).
