+ リーン手法及び改善に関する教育の推進
+ グローバルのLean Teamと連携して、リーン/改善に関するGEHCのInitiativesのGEHC-J及び日野工場への展開
+ リーン及び改善の後継者育成
+ リーンアカデミー、ハートビートアカデミーの推進及びドライブ
+ 日野工場見学の促進及び工場見学内容及びプロセス改善のドライブ
+ 他社の工場見学、他社との学びの交流の企画及び提供
