**Position Summary**
As the Lean Manager in APTIV´s Connection Systems (CS) segment, you will have a direct responsibility to lead Aptiv Continuous Improvement projects and execute the Lean process deployment to support plant Lean cultural transformation. The OpEx leader defines, designs, and implements process improvement as part of Aptiv Enterprise Operative System (EOS). Identifies mid and long term improvement opportunities aligned with business strategies and priorities. Assures that resources are assigned and trained.
