**Deine Aufgaben**

+ Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Lean- & CI-Maßnahmen in der Fertigung
+ Coaching von Führungskräften und Teams in Lean-Methoden (inkl. Workshops)
+ Einführung und Pflege von KVP-Strukturen (z. B. Kaizen-Teams)
+ Leitung von Veränderungsprozessen inkl. Ursachenanalysen
+ Mitarbeit in Pilotprojekten und funktionsübergreifenden Teams
+ Definition und Monitoring von KPIs und Reportings
+ Unterstützung bei Make-or-buy-Entscheidungen

**Dein Profil**

+ Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
+ Mehrjährige Erfahrung im CI-/Lean-Umfeld in der Produktion
+ Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Lean und CI-Met...
