Lean Manager – Diamond Manufacturing

 Location: Coimbatore;

 Reports to: Plant Head

Required Qualifications and Experience:
 Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
 7-10 years of experience in a discreet manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a Lean or
Continuous Improvement role.
 Diamond cutting or related high-precision manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
 Strong expertise in Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) and familiarity with
Six Sigma tools.
 Experience in implementing digital manufacturing solutions (e.g., ERP, MES, IoT, automation).
 Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
 Demonstrated success in driving change management and cultural transformation in a manufacturing
setting.
 Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to think strategically.
 Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information.

 Preferred Skills:
 Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent).
 Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in a manufacturing environment.
 Experience in managing projects with a focus on operational excellence and efficiency improvements
