Job Description
**What you will do?**
Administers and directs the manufacturing engineering initiatives in the plant in an efficient manner, in compliance with Corporate policy, procedure and specifications, to produce a quality product at a reasonable cost. Provides technical expertise for Air Cooled Chillers processes and assembly equipment. Coordinates with Corporate Engineering Department to assure New Product Launches and current product improvements are incorporated in appropriate specifications and standard procedures fulfilling PDP requirements. Implement JCMS practices, create a CAR projects: New technology, cost reduction, replicate BBP’s between facility plants, implement the best manufacturing practices, establish a route time for new products. This will all be accomplished through development of the annual operating plan for the site utilizing strategic and innovative approaches.
