Lean Operations Leader

**Job Description Summary**
The Business Line Lean Operations Leader is responsible for driving the strategic implementation and operationalization of Lean roadmap across the Grid Systems Integration Business Line. This role is critical in driving continuous improvement to achieve strategic and operational business objectives in transactional environment.

This role focuses on:
•Driving Lean continuous improvement through successful & sustainable Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri improvement priorities and workshops.
•Cultivating a Lean culture: embedding core lean principles (eg. 5S, Standard Work, Daily Management) into daily operations, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
•Ensuring through training & coaching the effective application of lean tools, which involves understanding when and how to use each tool to drive continuous improvement and eliminate the waste.
