Job Title: Lean Practitioner 4 

Location: Everett, WA

Salary Range: $60 to 70/hr 



Contract Duration : 6+ Months with possibility

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

  • Lean practitioner experience

  • Problem-solving skills and negotiation skills

  • Presentation skills

  • Quick learner comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel



Preferred Skills & Qualifications


  • Experience working in a similar environment

  • Lean Six Sigma certification



Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Lead and coach the implementation of production system concepts in manufacturing areas

  • Partner with teams on systematic problem-solving activities

  • Facilitate continuous improvement workshops such as Value Stream Mapping and Autonomous Maintenance Workshops

  • Support advanced and complex process improvements

  • Instruct others in continuous improvement tools and principles

  • Support and partner with senior management to implement and sustain Daily Management structures

  • Participate in strategy development and maturity evaluation activities

  • Reflect on internal processes to systematically problem-solve and continuously improve

  • Maintain an individual development plan
