Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Senior Lean Practitioners (Level 4) to support the 737 team onsite in Renton and/or Everett, Washington .

In this role, you will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence by implementing lean initiatives that eliminate waste, enhance quality, and reduce process flow times. Your work will directly contribute to achieving production rate increases while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
