We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven Lean Six Sigma Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives across our warehouse and logistics organization . This is a hands-on, enterprise-level role responsible for implementing Lean Six Sigma principles throughout inbound, outbound, inventory, fulfillment, and 3PL/4PL logistics workflows.

This role applies structured DMAIC, Kaizen, and Lean Logistics methodologies to reduce waste, eliminate defects, improve flow, and increase productivity. The ideal candidate is obsessed with efficiency—counting steps, touches, time, defects, and cost per order —and translating insight into scalable, repeatable systems supported by strong change management.
