Job Description

The Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) is a senior process improvement leader responsible for driving enterprise?wide transformation across an organization of approximately 6,000 employees.

The incumbent must have the following experience and capabilities:


  • Lead and execute large?scale, cross functional transformation programs


  • (track record with impact on productivity, quality, customer experience etc)


  • Train and mentor Black and Green Belts on live projects


  • (practical and contextual use of LEAN Six Sigma tools)


  • Possesses prior business?leadership experience


  • (e.g., Sales, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, Finance)
