Role Overview: The Manager / Senior Manager Learner Engagement will be responsible for leading co-curricular and extra curricular events that enhance student engagement, and overall satisfaction across online programmes at BITS Pilani Digital. The role focuses on monitoring academic and behavioural indicators, implementing proactive engagement strategies, organising well being and mental health–focused interventions, managing early-intervention mechanisms, and collaborating with academic and operational teams to strengthen student engagement.
