Learner Experience Coordinator, College of Medicine

Primary Purpose: The Learner Experience Coordinator plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering learner-focused services for the Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) program. This position is responsible for student onboarding, learner experience, mentorship, career and transition-to-practice planning, and access to academic and non-academic supports across the program.

The role also leads planning and coordination activities for the clinical year, including placement and elective matching processes. Through collaboration with internal and external partners, this position ensures learners are well supported from program entry through transition into clinical practice.
