The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of QBE Leadership and Learning agenda by delivering high-quality learning operations services. The role provides administrative support for learning management systems, acts as the primary contact for learning and development requirements, and coordinates learning events for a Division in alignment with business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure company processes and procedures are followed when developing and maintaining process documentation
  • Comply with relevant legislation, industry codes and company policies and procedures including ensuring compliance to data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments or partnering with stakeholders to ensure success of learning and development activities
