**MAIN OBJECTIVE**
Manage learning and development process in its different sub processes that help us ensure that the tools and solutions are the correct one for the process of the learning and development activities, that contributes to know the needs of salary and technical staff and that collaborators efficiently fulfill their activities, developing the skills, knowledge and abilities through their transmission and reach their optimal potential and development at BRP.
**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and optimize learning process
- Identify training needs of BRP salary and technical staff
- Logistic of internal and external training
- Manage learning budget according to priorities
- Verify internal certifications processes of hoists and hoists as well as prepare internal licenses
