We are looking for a dedicated Learning & Development Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Germany. In this role, you will make a significant contribution to the implementation of the Patient Value Strategy (PVS) and work in a Europe-wide Learning & Development team.

Strategic learning and development work
Reporting line to the L&D Lead Germany with connection to the Head of Learning EU Trusting partnership with internal stakeholders in the German G2M area Building and maintaining sustainable internal customer relationships Proactively identifying learning needs and advising on optimal support through learning solutions Closing skills gaps by planning, implementing and measuring the success of targeted capability-building measures Training & onboarding
Support and implementation of launch training (pre-launch, launch, post-launch) for new products and indications Strong focus on the onboarding of new HCPPs Translation, adaptation and alignment of training materials for the sales force to the business messages Local adaptation of global campaigns and learning initiatives Learning culture & facilitation
Promoting a sustainable learning culture based on trust, reflection, empowerment and knowledge sharing Implementation and facilitation of face-to-face, virtual and hybrid training courses Interpretation of globally provided content into effective learning experiences Briefing and coordinating Subject Matter Experts and ensuring uniform training standards Project & stakeholder management
Development of local learning content and project management with external agency support Budget control and monitoring for learning and training projects Collaboration with Learning Operations, event teams and administrative units Ensuring compliance and local approval of all training materials Coordination and communication with the works council on training and learning measures Actively contributing to the goals and priorities of the EU G2M team Your profile
Qualifications & training
Completed Bachelor's degree (Master's desirable) Additional qualification in Learning & Development (e.g. CIPD) an advantage Very good written and spokenEnglish (essential) Professional experience
1-3 years of relevant work experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development Ideally experience in a pharmaceutical, commercial environment or in fast-growing, innovative companies Knowledge of sales training or experience as a sales representative or in sales management desirable Proven experience in implementing national L&D programs Experience working directly with executives Experience in cross-functional teams Professional & personal skills
Strong facilitation skills (presence, virtual, hybrid) Coaching and feedback skills Strong stakeholder and project management skills including budget responsibility
