Learning Analytics Data Lead

The CenterWell PCO Learning Team is looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative, and technically skilled Learning Analytics Data Lead (Data Visualization Lead) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. We aggregate learning outcome metrics from multiple sources. We communicate these insights to the business units we support, harnessing the power of data and analytics to drive meaningful insights, enhance our training programs, and empower our teams to succeed. Reporting to the Associate Director of Organization Effectiveness, you will design, implement, and maintain the data infrastructure supporting CenterWell learning analytics, with a focus on data integrity, security, and business intelligence.
