Job Description

Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external training programs

Maintain training calendars, schedules, and attendance records

Arrange Internship programs by coordinating with different functions.

Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and vendors for training sessions

Prepare training materials, presentations, and handouts

Collect feedback from participants and assist in training effectiveness evaluation

Update Learning Management System (LMS) or training databases

Track employee training completion and certifications

Assist in identifying training needs in coordination with HR and department heads

Support L&D-related reports and documentation

Handle training-related communications and announcements
