Job Summary
Supports the planning and coordination of training and development programs to ensure smooth delivery of learning initiatives aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops
- Handle training logistics, materials, schedules, and attendance records
- Support preparation of training materials and presentations
- Communicate training schedules and collect participant feedback
- Maintain training reports, certifications, and learning records
- Provide administrative support for e-learning and development initiatives
- Able to multitask in a different facet of HR, eg, Recruitment and Employee Engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
