Job Summary
Supports the planning and coordination of training and development programs to ensure smooth delivery of learning initiatives aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops
  • Handle training logistics, materials, schedules, and attendance records
  • Support preparation of training materials and presentations
  • Communicate training schedules and collect participant feedback
  • Maintain training reports, certifications, and learning records
  • Provide administrative support for e-learning and development initiatives
  • Able to multitask in a different facet of HR, eg, Recruitment and Employee Engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
