Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop training programs to address skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set learning objectives.
  • Create engaging learning materials (e-learning modules, presentations, manuals).
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics.
  • Maintain and update the LMS with relevant content.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in learning and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital tools.
