About the Role


We are looking for a Learning & Development Associate who will design, deliver, and evaluate corporate training programs to support operational and technical learning needs. This is a project-based role (12 months) with a high possibility of contract extension or absorption .


What You’ll Do



  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by reviewing processes, attending meetings, and aligning with stakeholders.


  • Design and develop training materials, workflows, and modules.


  • Coordinate training schedules, facilitate sessions/town halls, and support participants.


  • Monitor training progress and provide post-training evaluations.


  • Prepare reports, e-certificates, and maintain trackers/resources.
