As an L&D Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting employee development. This includes coordinating pre- and post-event activities, maintaining records, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with learning initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support the delivery of engaging learning experiences that drive performance and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage course waitlists, process training requests, send invitations and joining instructions, and secure resources (trainer, venue, materials).
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth delivery and meet course requirements.
