The Role
The Learning & Development Coordinator is a key member of the Human Resources team and plays an important role in the development, coordination, and delivery of staff training programs. The position supports graduate programs, traineeships, and student and work-experience placements across the organisation. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing learning initiatives that build the skills, knowledge, and capability of employees and students, supporting improved performance, engagement, and productivity. The position also coordinates student and trainee placement programs in collaboration with line managers, universities, and Registered Training Organisations.
Qualifications and Experience
While not mandatory, it is desirable that the successful candidate holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or is willing to obtain), and/or qualifications in Business (or equivalent). Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, or relevant health or education qualifications, will also be highly regarded.
