Learning and Development Coordinator
Based in Broome, WA, the Learning and Development Coordinator will take the reins of our organisation-wide capability strategy, building systems, structures and culture that allow our workforce to thrive. Reporting to the Business Services Executive Manager, this role is an opportunity to drive change, influence leadership and embed learning into the heartbeat of everything we do.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the launch and ongoing implementation of BRAMS’ new Learning & Development Framework
- Work with executive leaders to identify workforce gaps and build capability pathways
- Coordinate training needs analysis and individual learning plans for every staff member
- Manage and optimise our ELMO Learning Management System
- Design and deliver onboarding, induction and cultural orientation programs
