This is a pivotal role in supporting our internal employees' professional growth, skill enhancement, enhancing performance and adhering to compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with ES Leadership teams to identify training needs and provide learning and development solutions
  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into APM
  • Organise and facilitate training sessions both in person and virtually
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS), including content creation, updates and user support
