Title: Learning and Development Intern (Multiple semesters required)

Salary: $ / hour for undergraduate students; $ / hour for graduate students

Focus: The Learning & Development Intern will support the design, development, and delivery of instructional content and learning programs to enhance employee development and training effectiveness.

Learning and Development Intern Essential Job Functions:

·Assist in creating instructional materials, adapting content for learners, and designing resources

·Support the development or training roadmaps, research, and help evaluating learning effectiveness
