- 3–6 years of experience in Training / L&D (startup experience preferred)

- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and execution skills

- Own sales onboarding & performance training

- Enable sales teams with practical, high-impact programs

- Work closely with leadership to drive revenue outcomes

- Passion for building scalable learning solutions
