Responsibilities
- Coordinate with each respective lead regarding the specific training needs of their functions. Collaborate with Human Resources and other support groups to develop a comprehensive training plan for the employees.
- Oversee and track the coordination, utilization, and attendance of employee training modules across different platforms. Additionally, manage the scheduling and participation of all employees.
- Ensure the availability of trainers by managing their schedules and coordinating with them to align their expertise with the training sessions.
