The L&D Lead will be responsible for designing, driving, and institutionalizing a robust learning and capability development framework aligned with business strategy. The role will focus on leadership development, functional capability building, talent pipeline creation, To own end-to-end execution of learning interventions across levels and functions, ensuring timely rollout, high adoption, measurable impact on performance, and strong stakeholder satisfaction.


10–15 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development.
