Job Description
We are hiring for a Learning & Development Manager role at a global software product company. The Role is IC and has the following responsibilities:
Design and deliver enterprise-wide leadership, talent, and career development programs
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to address capability gaps and support DEI goals
Build and manage competency frameworks, career mobility, and engagement initiatives
Lead end-to-end L&D projects , vendors, and external learning partners
Measure and report program effectiveness and business impact
8+ years HR experience with 5+ years in L&D/Talent Management
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and consulting skills
Experience with LMS/Talent Management systems (Workday preferred)
Global exposure is a must.
