Job Description

We are hiring for a Learning & Development Manager role at a global software product company. The Role is IC and has the following responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver enterprise-wide leadership, talent, and career development programs
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to address capability gaps and support DEI goals
  • Build and manage competency frameworks, career mobility, and engagement initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end L&D projects, vendors, and external learning partners
  • Measure and report program effectiveness and business impact
  • 8+ years HR experience with 5+ years in L&D/Talent Management
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and consulting skills
  • Experience with LMS/Talent Management systems (Workday preferred)
  • Global exposure is a must.
