About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Learning & Development to lead and drive the organization’s learning strategy, capability development initiatives, and talent development agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the overall Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead end-to-end learning programs including planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement
  • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
  • Drive adoption of e-learning and blended learning models
  • Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and learning needs
  • Manage training projects, budgets, and timelines
  • Handle external vendors, training partners, and learning consultants
