Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Learning and Development Manager to lead our internal training initiatives and elevate organizational productivity. The ideal candidate will act as a Corporate Trainer, LMS Strategist, and Team Leader, responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating impactful learning interventions across the company.
This role falls under the Human Resources Department and will directly contribute to enhancing the efficiency and performance of employees, managers, and leaders across all departments.
