The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing Bring IT training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at all levels within the organization. This role involves assessing training needs, developing curriculum, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure alignment with the Bring IT strategic goals.
The Learning and Development Manager will conduct daily business interactions and maintain constant alignment with Bring IT mission, culture, and core values.
