The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling learning strategies aligned with business goals, project readiness, and future skill demand. The role ensures that employees are continuously upskilled, deployment-ready, and aligned with organizational growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
1. L&D Strategy & Leadership Alignment
• Partner with leadership and management to build short-term and long-term L&D strategies aligned with business growth and revenue goals.
• Translate business priorities into structured learning roadmaps and capability-building initiatives.
• Drive successful implementation and adoption of the Learning Management System (LMS).
