Learning and Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage L&D programmes, ensuring timely planning, quality assurance, and smooth delivery.
Liaise with UK and India stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external providers to manage scheduling, resources, and communication.
Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), track attendance, and manage learner communication.
Facilitate selected training sessions and support learning needs analysis.
Prepare reports, analyse feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes.
Support L&D projects, workshops, and content development.
What You’ll Bring:
Qualifications in Business Studies, HR, or related fields.
Experience - 8-12 years
Strong project coordination skills and proficiency in MS Office; LMS experience preferred (Syfadis desirable).
Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
