Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Leads the analysis of the results of the learning needs analysis to assess people’s current capabilities and areas of development required to deliver against the organization’s strategy, business restructuring, and plans.

  2. Develops customized programs, plans, and curricula to improve overall workforce capabilities for current and future roles.

  3. Recommends and implements innovative and creative channels and technology to engage learners and increase the effectiveness of interventions.

  4. Analyzes financial and people data by employing data mining, modeling, predictive analytics, and benchmarking tools and techniques to create insights and foresight to guide decision-making.

  5. Develops communication material and information kits to convey desired messages clearly and effectively.
