Role - Learning and Development Professional
Location - Jagirao, Assam
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced L&D leader to design and implement strategies that enhance organizational capability and foster a culture of continuous learning. This role will focus on leadership development, behavioral facilitation, and technical upskilling for a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
Design and deliver leadership, behavioral, and technical training programs.
Drive talent development, succession planning, and performance consulting.
Facilitate impactful workshops and change management initiatives.
Utilize LMS and analytics to measure effectiveness and improve programs.
Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners for seamless execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
15+ years in L&D, including 7+ years in leadership roles (manufacturing preferred).
Strong expertise in adult learning principles, leadership development, and change management.
Proficiency in LMS and digital learning tools; certifications in L&D or coaching preferred.
