The Learning & Development Senior Lead for our Customer Experience organization accelerates learning across business functions, identifies skill and knowledge gaps, and aligns enablement initiatives with CX strategic objectives. By partnering with leaders and subject-matter experts, you will design engaging content and data-driven programs that empower teams to meet company goals and excel in their roles.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience leadership and stakeholders to assess training needs, define learning objectives, and design programs aligned to company goals.
  • Create engaging, interactive content (presentations, e-learning modules, videos, job aids) using instructional design principles.
  • Build a deep understanding of organizational structures, key functions, and processes to design enablement initiatives.
