Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Design & Delivery: Develop and implement innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning content using instructional design best practices.
  • Leadership & Succession Planning: Design and execute leadership development programs and mentorship initiatives to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
  • Employee Development: Collaborate with managers to create and monitor individual development plans that align employee aspirations with business needs.
  • Performance Integration: Support integration of learning initiatives into performance management processes, including manager training and feedback systems.
