The role

The Learning & Development Specialist plays a key role in building safety, leadership and operational capability across Adbri’s operational and corporate workforce. Partnering closely with leaders and subject matter experts, you will design, deliver and evaluate practical, high-impact learning solutions that improve performance and accelerate time to skill.

This role is located in Adelaide, SA , with occasional domestic and interstate travel as required.
