We’re searching for a standout Senior Learning & Development Specialist — known internally as Senior Learning and Development Specialist to elevate the capability, performance and potential of our Associates across the business.

As the Senior L&D Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind talent development strategies that strengthen our people and sharpen our competitive edge. You’ll partner with leaders, influence organisational growth, and deliver learning experiences that genuinely move the needle.

What You’ll Lead

  • Champion global Talent Management strategies and bring them to life locally
  • Deliver high‑impact training, facilitation and coaching
  • Coordinate external learning partners and resources
  • Design and develop engaging learning materials
  • Serve as LMS administrator and ensure seamless delivery
  • Evaluate and continuously improve learning programs
  • Shape and execute the annual L&D plan
  • Administer assessments and diagnostics to support growth
  • Support performance management and development planning
  • Drive change management initiatives
  • Strengthen talent pipelines and succession planning
  • Build coaching, mentoring and accelerated development programs
  • Manage budgets and deliver special projects with excellence

What You Bring

You’re a passionate, self‑driven L&D professional with a degree in adult education, organisational development, HR or a related field. With 3–5 years’ experience in talent, development or executive learning, you’re skilled in facilitation, coaching, consulting and end‑to‑end training design.

You build strong relationships, thrive in ambiguity, listen deeply, and partner confidently with both local and global stakeholders. Your project management skills are exceptional, your integrity is unwavering, and you’re energised by delivering real business results. Interstate travel keeps things interesting, not inconvenient.
