Learning & Development Specialist

My client is the air transport industry's IT provider, delivering solutions for airlines, airports, aircraft, and governments. Their technology powers more seamless, safe, and sustainable air travel.
We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to support the our client in enabling effective software operations through targeted training, certification, and capability development.
The role will play a key part in ensuring teams are equipped to adopt and operate modern data platforms, including Databricks.
Design and deliver learning programmes supporting software and data operations
• Develop and manage training pathways, including technical certification frameworks
• Partner with the Strategy Office and technical stakeholders to identify capability gaps
• Create and maintain learning materials (workshops, playbooks, online content)
• Track training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes
Proven experience in Learning & Development within technology or software environments
• Strong understanding of software operations and platform adoption
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Background in designing structured training and certification programmes
• Experience in data, analytics, or cloud-based platforms
• Exposure to agile or transformation programmes
