Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Lead to drive impactful technical and behavioral training programs. This role requires a dynamic professional who can design, execute, and continuously improve L&D strategies to align with business objectives, fostering a high-performing and learning-driven workforce. The role will report into the Head of HR and will be an individual contributor role to begin with.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Execution :
- Build and own the learning & development COE at CoreEL
- Design and implement effective technical and behavioral training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify skills gaps and deliver customized training solutions.
Strategic Alignment :
- Lead the execution of L&D initiatives in alignment with CoreEL‘s business strategies.
- Create a roadmap for employee skill development to support organizational goals.
Evaluation & Improvement :
- Monitor and assess the impact of training programs through performance metrics and feedback.
- Continuously improve training offerings based on insights and best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure L&D solutions, address current and future business challenges.
- Act as a thought partner for managers in identifying team development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
What We’re Looking For
Education : Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience :
- 8–10 years of experience in end-to-end Learning & Development operations .
- Expertise in designing and delivering technical and behavioral training programs .
- Proven ability to execute L&D strategies that drive business outcomes.
Skills :
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating program effectiveness and ROI.
