Job Title: Learning and Development (L&D) Executive/Senior Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate L&D Executive/Senior Executive to join our team at goSTOPS. You will be responsible for driving learning initiatives across our organization to enhance team skills and knowledge. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with a hospitality background, particularly in five-star hotels, looking for a new challenge in the backpacker hostel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
- Oversee the audit platform to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Design, develop, and conduct central training programs for team members.
- Identify training needs and develop strategies to promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with department heads to tailor training programs to their requirements.
- Track and measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Travel across India to conduct training sessions, audits, and workshops.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry (five-star hotels).
- Management trainees with a passion for L&D are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
